Nothing's jogged my mind as much as this. A year's passed, only now I answer.

Thanks for wearing out my mind guys, it felt good to talk how we did. I've had talks with others regarding stuff like these but never like this. So psychological, non-judgmental, always the HI club way. Or so its been. I wonder if it's changed now with this sensate generation creeping into the new world. How will we fare as the old chapter leaves and we jot the new?

All this unfamiliar, I remember the simpler times when moving up a primary level made one sad but getting a ''farewell, take care. We'll see each other again" note broke down the sadness into hope.

It's an interesting book once you get past the stereotyping and other bad reviews. I'll be honest and just give my take. It starts out really really draggy but gets a little better in the middle. and then the excitement stops there, it just goes ...... till the end. that's it:) all in all, it isn't really that bad! trust me, read it! just skip a few pages at the front:)

okay, this is why i dislike blogging, nothing comes to mind when i want to blog and everything starts flooding in when i don't feel like it.

So. Today's like the most relaxing day I've had since the holidays began. No plans. No noise. No busy datelines. Just me, myself, my music and my guitar. Awesome, ain't it? It was a tad bit boring at first but i enjoyed it, a lot. (:
Man, i wish these days never end. okay i regret saying that for obvious reasons haha.
Anyway, i got great news!(For me anyways!) Martin's coming back to Singapore! A little background info here, martin's my kindergarten and primary school friend and he migrated to Australia after PSLE's. Now he's coming back for 2 months for reasons I'm not too sure of and i can't wait to see him again!

Hey people! Didn't really do much today except for tuition and library with Farah, Ryan and Faye.
I thought i was going to meet Namira and Farah at JP Mac's but when i got there i found Farah, Ryan and Theon instead haha. So we had lunch, then Theon left and Faye came. Went to the library after that then started toying with Farah's laptop and in the end it died on a flat battery. Then i got hungry and we went to KFC for some linner/tea/dunch. After that we went home and here i am now typing this boring post. :)
Seriously, we didn't really do much today. Oh, i got a RT present from Ryan when he was in China! A super nice bracelet, thanks Ry!

Hey people! so i came back from yunnan last sat, 4+ in the morning and i seriously had a lot of fun (a.k.a the best overseas trip ever!)

FYI this wasn't some trip that felt like a useless holiday to escape the busy life in Singapore. It was more of a character development cum CIP trip. And oh boy did it build character in us.
Honestly, this trip didn't feel like it would do me any good at the start but after actually going through it, it seriously changed my perspective on the way i viewed China.
I've always thought of China as a country that only produced "cardboard" buns and melamine contaminated food... really judgmental, i know. sorry! Really trying my best not to "quick judge" things or people anymore! :) But right now, i think China is one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
Anyway, back to building character in us. How in the world did it do that? Well no words can really describe it but i'll give it a shot. We weren't leaders at first when we went there but when we came back we were. :) We were taught how to serve others before ourselves and getting greater satisfaction in doing so. We were taught how to toast our elders before eating(that was the fun part!). We were taught to humble ourselves not only in the presence of the no-so-fortunate people but to everyone else. We were taught many things, but the one that we'll always remember, was how to be a leader. A few photos to brighten up your day :) Nighty!Goofballs. look at that one in the middle, tsk tsk tsk.

What... it's been like, 5 months since I've touched blogspot so, :) .

Hi~i'm once again back here to post another...well, post. I finally went to church after missing it for 2 weeks! I was so happy about it! Then my mum told me i had to miss cell group to go out with the whole family since it was fathers' day. Bummer. anyway, it was still fun. Oh i found 2 inspirational videos on youtube that made my mom cry like a thunderstorm. the first one was played yesterday during the morning service, it was dedicated to all fathers'. Hope ur eyes get a good shower after watching these vids. toodles!

It's been a while since i've blogged, hasn't it? Reason being the fact that i've been stressed out by my messy table and again, friendship problems. Ugh... that's teenage life for me. My mom used to tell me "if someone hates you, its because you're being yourself. That's their problem". Gosh, she's right. Whatever rumours people spread, others just seem to suck it all up like a vacuum cleaner. It's all the same..
Recently, i've been telling myself "why bother making friends? They'll leave you once you're old or dead" it's true, i've seen many people doing the same routine over, and over again everyday. They hate this person to the core but the next day they're hanging out like best friends, just like kindergarten. One second we're total strangers and the next we're talking like we've known each other since birth. It's weird, isn't it? I've been feeling like that now a days... at home it's *silence*, in school it's "wassup, guys?" or "catch 'ya later, guys!" it all boils down to friendship problems. And it all leads back to the words "Pangseh" or hate related words... maybe my thinking isn't mature or something but i feel that this is all part of life... oh well, who cares anyway? Gotta go! Tuh-Rah!

PS: What is PS? i just watched the 3rd instalment of pirates of the caribbean!!!!!! WATCH IT! ITS TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!! (Johnny Depp rocks my socks!!!)

i just came back from
the one and only....
FUSION CONCERT!!!
it rocks. =D
great australian band called Youth Alive
played at the concert and other churches
played songs too. but the best was definitely
Youth Alive. Haha its true!
me n my bro went to city hall to
wait for some friends
then we all went off to suntec city
together as a youth ministry. cool?
yea.
then we all went tfor the morning worship
which youth alive played.
after we went to our streams of workshops that
we were sorted into.
i went into the Youth issues workshop.
with lois, janice, jessica, tracy and parry(sp?).
the speaker was rev barnabas chong who
talked abt the fingerprints of satan and how to
avoid them. its was really interesting coz
satanism can appear in music, movies,
musicals, patterns, lightning bolt( s shape).....etc.
it can appear anywhere. so beware of it!!
then after the workshop we went for lunch.
we came back at 2pm
for a talk on digital and online and watever gaming.
the speaker was Dr Angeline Khoo. she's not that young
by most of our standards but she is young at heart.
she plays world of warcraft! maplestory! audition! DOTA! CS!!!
she is a gamer and has many online friends. that is cool.
lol.
after the talk we went for dinner then i went shopping with ardella.
she was my fashion teacher coz we went into mango shop.
well, i gotta sleep, maybe another time to comtinue.

but malaysia still has its good points too!

sunday!(today): went to church in the morning.
worship was a bit different... alan had no voice to sing! haha..

of the youth ministry.
after that we went to our cell groups and we talked about movies, ps2, xbox and other stuff...then we went for carolling practice at the youth hall then after that uncle tee loon said that follow up class will be postponed to next week coz im the only one this week! ivan is sick... so im the only one... haha. so postponed to next week..
i just repeated myself haha!!
im ecstatic today!! coz i got 2 compliments about me playing musical instruments.
i learned to play the basic beat of the drums and i got it! my bro said that i learn damn fast!! yay!! thats rare, even for him!
then my brother helped me to ask keith to teach me the guitar! and he said ok!! ahh!!!learning the guitar was sooo fun! esp when he teach haha! and he said i was natural at holding the guitar strings! ah!!!!!!! then we all went to eat together at kfc. we ate with these people: chak n judy(they're married!), my big n small bro, keith, nigel(church! not 6g), jessica, shermaine, uncl tee loon and auntie serene and me. haha it was so damn fun! actually... i always have fun when im with them! their jokes crack me up man!

chak: ariel, are u going for the vertical limits camp? are u going to rock climb?
ariel(big bro): yea! the last time i rock climbed i reached the top but came down with this scar here...and here...and here...and there...
chak: er... i think im not gonna climb the rocks anymore...

chak: no!! not the biggest scar!! (struggles to keep his shirt down...)

I'm back from the outreach
programme!
it rocks!!!!
it was a live concert
in a small hall.
SITR ROCKS MY WORLD!!
the drummer was
such a nice guy..
after the concert
we had a buffet and i was
waiting for my brother
near the railing,
then Daniel, the drummer,
(not the ycss debate club Daniel
haha)was walking past then he
stopped and asked me these questions:
1. So how was the concert?
2. how did u know about the concert?
3. what school are you from?
4. Are u hungry?
5. Do you want to eat?

not forgetting to mention he is
in ngee ann polytechnic and
he is quite good looking..haha

which made me kind of laugh a bit
then i had nothing to do
so i started walking aimlessly to and from the
toilet... i think people thought i had
bladder problems or something

then me and my brother went home

Yay!! finally i updated my blog and relinked some people. I kinda like this blogskin and i think i won't be changing it for a while...maybe never...haha, it depends. Yesterday we had EmcEE workshop in between dance so we only had to go dance for like one and a half hours.
The EmcEE wOrkshop was quite fun.. we had to come up with our own EmcEE scriPTs and present it to everyone in the library...scary right? HahA, anyway we played some games and did the chicken dance(i think it must've been punishment for not going for chinese dance haha).While presenting i was kinda nervous... okAye Fine, i was very nervous 'cause there was a stupid microphone infront of me...sheesh. I'm 'mic-shy' okay?! Ok... i think i got a little ahead of myself..sry dudes! Well i went for lunch with Kegan and Eddie we bumped into YunRu there at the coffee shop. Then it started to rain..HEaviLY...and we had to run back to school so we were all drenched..i walked into school so i was probably wetter than the guys...LoL. gotta go now, byee remember to tag!

LEADER SHIP CAMP ROX!! just came back a while ago... eatin now=) we had our camp from 15sept-17sept '06. day 1, we went to the GB centre and were like sooooo quiet and eevrybody in our team were strangers except some of us. our dorms were even bigger than my room and there was air-con, fan, blanket, bedsheet, pillow... like living in a hotel Lol! these r my teammates, clara w., zhi rong, vani, jiayi, daphne, hari, wei lun, khuo hao, yong xin. & these r the awesome facilitators of our group!! [SAMUEL] N [LEOVINNE]!!! *CHEERS* haha... slept at 1am+
DAY2, many many activities....much more dancing and rapping frm farez and erica at night there was a celebration, dance n skit frm each grp. we gals did the dance while the boys did the skit. oh ya and we had barbaque for dinner!! hari a.k.a boss, was our chef. he's actually very serious when he cook but he keep making mistakes then clara kip laughing until her face red, so funny!
LEOVINNE keep throwing my pen at ppl then he lost it now i only have the cap T.T but he was nice enuff to get mi another pen=D day 2 at night me n sharon slept very late at night becoz we cannot sleep so SAMUEL asked us to dance hip hop and show him coz he aso joined hip hop, i was too shy=D and we played black jack and indian poker wif the facilitators ad we used biscuits to bet haha. we play until one facilitator got alot of biscuits to eat which means he lose la, he can save all for tmr morning already haha. last words to end off this post: samuel's got the looks and the attitudes man! Leovinne's just mr dangerous coz he go happytreefriends and have the t-shirt haha and he's really funny. lol i'll try to post another one soon bye bye!

went for myopia checkup today at my old primary school. i saw the person that i had a crush on... oh, i went there with munifah too. she rebonded her hair and cut it a tiny bit shorter which made her look much better than in the past. im quite sad that yunru did not make it for this "girls meeting"... i think she's been wanting to see munifah for a long time. we saw alot of old friends at the music room which currently is the myopia room. a lady from myopia gave me those eyedrops again and now i can barely see the words that im typing... good thing im used to the keyboard if not u guys would be suffering if u read this! well, overall im verrrrrrrrrrrrryyyy happy today and nothing will spoil my mood! toodles

i went to the student health centre today... they said i had no scoliosis. Student health services said i had scoliosis... i think i must have bent forwards wrongly. haha...anyway, after goin there, my mom and lil bro and i went to suntec city to get some groceries for dinner. we also went to the koi garden to feed the koi fish, it was fun coz the fish almost got washed up on the pavement by the current. it was funny too! toodles

today teach my lil' bro english from 11am to 3pm...hardly had any time for myself until now. im soooooooo bored. i not going to school tmr coz i need to go for the back checkup thingy... said i had scoliosis... whateva that means. just happy i duneed to go to school. if anyone from 1e2 is reading this, can tell miss ker tmr that i need to give her a parents letter and not an mc coz duh, the checkup is at the hospital! please and thank you! i got a new Op shirt yesterday! purple with the saying" surf hard, live easy" on the front. my current most favourite t-shirt in the entire WORLD!!! just exaggerating...haha. signing off

hey again! its been a long time since i posted. Hope everyone's okay. Hope somebody's not. Some people ruin my life and those are H**i and another person which i cannot say.
Anyway, there was a performance that we did today and we did great! The performance was for the upper sec students and man, were we scared! Each one of us had at least 2 friends in the upper sec and we were so nervous! We made quite a few minor mistakes but luckily nobody noticed it, they even cheered for us. We are sooooo good and i hope we keep this wonderful attitude up, go go go!
haha, i feel so happy today. I've been hearing some bitchy stuff abt other people lately and im feeling kinda.......weird....."funny" and all that jazz, ya know?
Well, gotta go, take care evbd and toodles!

ok, today is totally a free fall day. morning there was mass run, i think my timing was 7min 20sec...or... maybe it was 11min 20sec...dunch really noe. forgotten already haha! when coming back from project with friends, on the way home, guess hu i saw??

i saw geoffrey yeo wei jie! he kinda tall, looks still usual but he sound quite different except for the raspiness. still a hsnvc guy.hsnvc--> figure it out by urself!

dance day

hi everyone, so here goes

yesterday was dance day and i was soooo nervous but actually when i got on stage, i only can look at mdm ang and nobody else. she keep askin me to smile when i look at her and so i keep laughin.
At the end of the performance, we all supposed to come in and pose but we came in at the wrong time so all stand at the back of the stage with everybody looking at us, luckily Titia and Clara told us to bounce a bit and follow the music so that ppl will not noe that we messed up. hahax
there were quite a lot of dogs at the jurong lake park where we performed at and me and clara went to pat every dog that we saw, lol
Before we went to eat, me and Clara had to wash our hands so we went to the portable toilet which was extremely dirty and u have to step on a...a...something larhx, dunno wad to call it, then water will come out from the tap.
The toilet door handle was dirty so i had to use my leg to keep the door open while clara washed her hands inside(we kinda had a bit of trouble finding the thing to on the tap, hehe). when it was my turn to wash my hands, she did the same thing that i did for her but then she accidentally let go of the door and then i was like, NONONO DON'T CLOSE THE DOOR! then bang! the door close and we were laughing away until she opened the door again with her foot.it was like soooooo funny.
On the way back to the shelter to get the food, we couldn't stop laughin.
we went to get the chicken rice and decided to share coz we know we can't finish, we kinda ate chicken rice without the chicken so all the chicken move to another part of the box, so while i hold the packet wif one hand and eat with the other hand,we were sitting on the steps with clara beside me and wei heng behind us, he suddenly say got ants behind me and of coz i will get scared coz i hate bugs...i jumped up and all the chicken fell on the floor and in the end clara had to pick up, oh man i felt so guilty so i aso help to pick up with one hand. in the end, the entire box of chicken rice throw away, so wasted.
Anywayz, gonna go play xbox and com now.
